About Us
History
CSL was founded
by Naishadh Saraiya and Shirish Desai in 1986 with the objective
of providing the high-tech industry with an innovative, technically
driven source of plating and plating-related services. Since
then, the company has continually expanded its capabilities
by adding new processes, commissioning new equipment, and
employing the latest technologies to ensure that CSL’s
operations meet the highest standards of responsibility to
the environment.

Begins offering proprietary Ni-Lube™
electroless nickel with Teflon composite coating |

Begins offering industry’s
first cadmium replacement coating to meet all parameters
of MIL-C-85049 for connectors without the use of
cadmium |

Receives Industry of the Year Award
from the California Water Environment Association

Expands process capabilities to include
difficult-to-plate materials, plating on non-conductors,
and metallization of fiber optic strands |

Automates bead blasting process to
ensure consistent and uniform finishes on even the
most complex surfaces |
