CSL’s 16,000-square-foot facility is located in Santa Clara, California, in the heart of Silicon Valley and in proximity to many of the world’s leading designers and manufacturers of semiconductors, semiconductor equipment, disc drives, communications systems, medical equipment, and military/aerospace systems.

Integrating plating, clean room, and owner-manager offices in a single location, the company continually expands its capabilities by adding new processes and commissioning new equipment. On our production floor, processes are carefully grouped to maintain integrity and avoid cross-contamination. An integrated tracking system, based on customer P.O. or part numbers, allows us to pinpoint the status of customer orders at each and every stage in the production process. A full-time technical staff supervises our operations and works closely with CSL customers to set up new processes to meet specific requirements. R&D efforts are supported by an on-site chemical laboratory.

CSL is committed to making its operations as environmentally friendly as possible and makes considerable equipment investments to minimize water consumption and ensure that the post-process water and air leaving our facility meet or exceed state and local quality standards. Our efforts to comply with environmental regulations and deploy reclaim technologies have been recognized by the California Water Environment Association with an Industry of the Year Award in recognition of outstanding achievement in industrial and hazardous waste control.
