Mahesh Naik – Operations Manager
Mr. Naik is an electroplating and anodizing specialist with 20 years of experience in pilot and production plating. He has served as plating shop manager since 1995 and has been involved in reel-to-reel plating to rack plating, from waste treatment to quality control. He holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Technology.

Hemendra Gohil – Quality Control and Development Manager
Mr. Gohil monitors quality functions and interacts with customers on quality issues. Responsible for the development of a number of proprietary processes and technologies.
