Naishadh Saraiya – President
Educated as a chemical engineer, Mr. Saraiya’s range of expertise includes magnetic plating, electrophoretic coatings, polymer/pigment dispersion, vacuum technology, plating on non-conductors, anodizing, general electro-less and electrolytic plating, corrosion protection coating, and low friction coatings. On the Board of Directors of the Surface Technology Association, he is also a member of the American Electroplaters and Finishers Association, the American Society of Metals, and the American Vacuum Society. He holds a B.S. degree in Chemistry and B.S. and M.S. degrees in Chemical Engineering.

Shirish Desai – Vice President
A mechanical engineer, Mr. Desai’s background includes experience in the manufacturing of magnetic media and recording heads and in the operational management of several start-up companies, including establishment of manufacturing facilities in the Asia/Pacific region. His memberships include the Surface Technology Association, the American Electroplaters and Finishers Association, the American Society of Metals, and the American Vacuum Society. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the National Kidney Foundation. He holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, and an M.B.A. degree.

Satish Jalota, PhD – Quality Control and Development Manager
Dr. Jalota monitors quality functions and interacts with customers on quality issues. Responsible for the development of a number of proprietary CSP processes and technologies, Dr. Jalota is co-author of several patents and of the industry reference book Electroplating of Zinc Diecastings. He holds a doctoral degree in Electrochemistry.

Mahesh Naik – Operations Manager
Mr. Naik is an electroplating and anodizing specialist with 20 years of experience in pilot and production plating. He has served as plating shop manager since 1995 and has been involved in reel-to-reel plating to rack plating, from waste treatment to quality control. He holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Technology.
